Visa & Invitations

It is the responsibility of each athlete to complete the required visa
applications relevant to their country.

Please use the IPSF.APP to create your invitation letter for your visa. Please be careful with filling in all the necessary information.

  • Dates: October 27 – November 1, 2026 (Rehearsals & registration begin October 26)

        - TUEs review closes
25th - Last day for ALL forms, music, equipment specs, costume, props & staging submissions
29th - Last date to withdraw without a medical certificate

1st - Pre-registration opens via online platform
      - Coach applications close.
20th - Pre-registration closes
26th - Registration & Rehearsals
27th - Rehearsals & OPENING CEREMONY

COMPETITION

Coaches Rules & Privileges

All coaches must be officially IPSF-recognized. If you are not registered yet, you must complete your recognition application on the main site before October 1, 2026. Approved coaches have permission to:

  • Accompany athletes backstage, in training areas, holding areas, and changing rooms (same-gender areas only).
  • Accompany athletes to the "Kiss & Cry" area (national tracksuit required).
  • Assist and accompany athletes regarding formal score contesting.

Backstage Entry Restrictions for Human Props

Only competitors, approved staff, and credentialed coaches/chaperones are allowed backstage. Human props without standard athletic credentials are only allowed backstage starting 30 minutes before their competitor's time and must leave immediately after the performance. Clean, non-marking indoor athletic footwear is required to enter the hall.

Official Photography

Our official event photographer is LAGOM IMAGE. All active competitors will be photographed during their routines. Photo package sales will officially open in September. Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for package details.

Media Presence & Athlete Conduct

"As an elite sportsperson, you serve as an ambassador for your discipline and country. Please act with professional sportsmanship at all times. If approached by media representatives with whom you feel uncomfortable speaking, politely direct them to the main IPSF Information Desk."
