Vision & Mission

    Our Vision

Our vision is to create a globally inclusive and sustainable platform for pole and aerial sports, integrating technology and innovation, promoting safety, and fostering a diverse and engaging environment for athletes and fans alike.

    Our Mission

Our mission is to enable and inspire people to take part in safe and effective pole and aerial sports around the world. We look to achieve this vision through our key objectives as listed below:
    • 1. Pole and Aerial Sports Focus

We want to enable and inspire all coaches, judges, athletes and enthusiasts to enjoy pole and aerial sports, by providing opportunities for individuals to engage, develop and realise their potential within all aspects of the sport, regardless of their age, background, ability or disability.

    • 2. International Success

We want our sport to be recognised, internationally successful and represented at the World Games and at the Olympic and Paralympic Games in all aspects, with recognition for our national and international medallists and world record holders.

    • 3. Fostering and Developing Partnerships

We want to develop strong internal and external partnerships, at all levels, in order to provide opportunities, structures and support for pole and aerial sports and the wider pole and aerial community.

    • 4. Raising the Profile of Pole and Aerial Sports

We want to publicise and inform the public about the full range of pole and aerial activities, leading to increased recognition, sponsorship, funding, access and participants for our sport.

    • 5. Athletes Support

The development of an extensive pole and aerial sports structure and community to support athletes for careers as they transition out of competition. We want to build a sustainable long term future for pole and aerial sports athletes.

    • 6. Coaches Support

We want a cohesive, ethical, inclusive and valued coaching system where skilled coaches support pole and aerial athletes at all stages of their development.

    • 7. Clean and Fair Sports

To maintain an Anti-Doping Programme in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Code, the gold standard in fairness, equality, and integrity across all sports and all countries.

    • 8. Governance & Regulation

To fairly and comprehensively govern and regulate pole and aerial sports, from an international perspective, in all countries and on all continents.
