    Ethics Chair - Alison Ballard

    Alison has been a member of the IPSF since 2019 heading up the federations team, and then serving on the Technical Teams. She has been both a competitor as well as a judge and head judge at IPSF competitions. She has been involved with her local federation since 2018 and has been doing involved with pole and aerial hoop since 2014. Alison took on the role of Ethics Chair in December 2023, and the role of Acting Vice President in January 2024.

    Sabina Petcu

    Sabina has been an IPSF judge for 4 years and throughout her activity she has also judged 2 Worlds Championships. Her pole journey has begun 9 years ago, after graduating the University of Architecture and Urbanism in Romania. She is currently working in the renewable energy industry, and she is the Vice-president of the Romanian Pole Fitness & Sports Federation. She has been a member of the IPSF Technical Committee since 2022, and a member of the Ethics Committee since 2023.
