Technical Director - Bianca Scholten
Bianca was involved in the pole industry in South Africa for a number of years as a student, instructor, studio owner, competitor, and at national federation level, before moving to Germany. Bianca was one of the first IPSF qualified judges in South Africa (and in Africa), and qualified as the first Head Judge in Africa. Bianca has head judged various international competitions, including the IPSF World Pole Championships. Bianca joined the IPSF as a member of the technical committee in 2015, and took over as the Technical Director in 2016, responsible for all pole and aerial codes and trainings (including COP trainings, Judges trainings and Head Judge training). Bianca took on the role of Vice President of the IPSF in 2017, and took on the role of Acting President in January 2024. -

Alison Ballard
Alison has been a member of the IPSF since 2019 heading up the federations team, and then serving on the Technical Teams. She has been both a competitor as well as a judge and head judge at IPSF competitions. She has been involved with her local federation since 2018 and has been doing involved with pole and aerial hoop since 2014. Alison has been part of the IPSF Technical Committee since 2021. Alison took on the role of Ethics Chair in December 2023, and the role of Acting Vice President in January 2024. -

Szilvia Molnar
Szilvia lives in Perth, Australia and had her first pole class in 2011 and since then she has participated in many competitions. She became a pole instructor in 2013 and an IPSF qualified judge in 2015. She has been also a member of the IPSF Technical Committee since 2017. Szilvia hopes to grow the recognition of pole as a sport and supports Australian and Hungarian athletes in their preparation for competitions. Szilvia has been a member of the IPSF Technical Team since 2018, and took on the role of Judges Chair in 2023. -

MAya Mircheva
Maya was born in Bulgaria and has been involved in gymnastics and acrobatics since childhood. She graduated from the National Sports Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria, where she obtained her Bachelor degree in sports sciences and majored in gymnastics. Since 2015 she has been running her own studio in Germany and prepares athletes for IPSF competitions. Maya shares the IPSF's philosophy and values and has been a member of the IPSF's technical committee and an IPSF certified judge since February 2017 and also an IPSF certified head judge since 2020. Maya has been part of the IPSF Technical Team since 2018. -

Lydia Bassal
Lydia is from México city and has been practicing Pole Sports for almost 7 years. Lydia has been judging for 5 years in Off-Season Competitions, various Nationals Championships, and in multiple World Championships. Lydia has worked as a social media manager and is the President of the IPSF Mexican Federation, AeroPoleMX. Lydia is working hard on the recognition of pole as a sport internationally to see it at the Olympics. To this end, Lydia has been part of the IPSF Technical Committee since 2020, and part of the IPSF Federations Committee since 2022. -

Cindy Cooijmans
Cindy is an internationally certified Pole instructor and Head Judge from the Netherlands. She had been with the IPSF from the start. Over the years she was an active part of the technical and judges committee and created the drawings for the Code of Points. Now her focus is on organising the IPSF World Championships to a high standard. She has been judging, voluntering and helped with the organisation for the Worlds since the first World Championships in London 2012. -
